Day 1

It's Day 1 Chloe! I love your motivational pictures and as you know share your desire to look good in my togs so I am very excited to be starting this challenge with a fellow water baby. I love the quote above, it is a good reminder that the greatest luxury in life is the freedom of choice and therefore as the author of our own lives I think 



To start with I'm going to loosely follow Michelle Bridge’s 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) exercise program until I find an athletic event I want to commit to so my goals for the week are:

Monday            BodyJam at 7.20pm
Tueday             BodyPump at 6.10am
Wednesday     Sh’Bam at 7.20pm
Thursday          BodyPump at 6.10am
Friday               BodyBalance at 5.30pm (I’m going to feel so virtuous being here rather than at Friday drinks!)
Saturday          BodyStep and then a walk/run around the Powerade Challenge waterfront course.

What are your goals? I wish you were in Auckland so we could do the classes together! If there is anyone in Auckland that wants to join me for any of the classes listed above I would love the company...

  1. Hey Rach! LM has 10 RPM classes for $20 at the moment, such good value! I got a card yesterday, you have 6 weeks to use all 10 :) x Ashley
